FirstBarkPups with a Purpose has been awesome. We signed up Mochi for puppy socialization classes, puppy essentials, and of course, daycare when we’re able to. We like being able to provide her with positive, supervised dog time since she is currently an “only dog.” She is always excited to go, and we love getting updates with photos and videos.

I’ve taken my daughters (7&10) to volunteer for dog training class to help the pups prepare for visits! The team there is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Location and facility is also great. If you’re looking for training classes for your pup, I would highly recommend!

Have nothing but great things to say about the folks at Pups with a Purpose! While I grew up having dogs, my latest dog Goose threw me for a bit of a loop. He’s super smart but not very food motivated so my normal training methods weren’t helping. He also is a little guy and can be anxious around new people or places. Completing a puppy skills class with Gina and Bethany was super helpful, and some further one-on-one lessons with Jessica really helped me learn how to help Goose better. It’s so rewarding to see how far he’s come with his confidence and skills in a short time period!
We have completed three classes (Puppy Essential Skills, Advanced Puppy Skills, and Therapy Dog Readiness) as we work towards getting Cooper certified as a therapy dog. We have completed three classes (Puppy Essential Skills, Advanced Puppy Skills, and Therapy Dog Readiness) as we work towards getting Cooper certified as a therapy dog. All of the trainers (Jessica, Maddie, Bethany, and Gina) we have worked with in the classes have been amazing! Cooper has made great progress because of the skills we have learned in these classes. He also attends the structured daycare program every week. I think it might be his favorite place to be, as he can't get in the door fast enough every morning when we get there. They also send out the cutest pictures and videos from daycare!
10/10 recommend! Amazing staff who are friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about you and your pup's goals.
