I felt hopeless and devastated that we might have to surrender our sweet rescue pup after he bit my husband. We looked at training services on various platforms; we were less concerned with price and more focused on which company might actually benefit us. We decided on Pupsties based on its reviews, approach and willingness to come to our home. The awesome price was a bonus. The beginning of the meeting was tough: a lot of seeing what I didn’t want to see in our new rescue, including intense aggression. Our trainer remained completely unfazed: calm, unwavering and in control. I learned it’s necessary to witness, understand and confront this behavior with a series of calculated steps and an approach that combines a lot of discipline, diligence and restraint. I feel better equipped now with guidance, a solid plan and answers. I have hope that we can rehab our new dog’s behavior. I can’t recommend Pupsties enough. It’s an invaluable service if you – like us – understand the wisdom, joy and unconditional love that rescue dogs can offer if they are understood, loved and trained. Don’t ever give up on dogs, if you can help it. They’re worth every effort.

Alejandro was absolutely amazing. My two pups felt the need to bark at everyone and everything and walks were an absolute nightmare. He took the time to explain why the pups acted the way they did, and ways to address it, and it has been a complete game changer! We’re a week in and I’ve finally been able to enjoy walks with them, something I thought would have taken a lot longer. Highly recommend ❤️
