Pure Energy Dog Training

Cannot begin to explain how much of a blessing Jade at Pure Energy Dog Training has been to the lives my puppy and I! Remi is a 5 month old golden-retriever and when I dropped him off at training he was such a nervous and insecure guy. So scared of all noises to the point I could not take him out to potty , and God forbid a walk, without him freaking out and losing his marbles!!! He did not know how to cope with his stress and anxiety that seemed to come to him from almost everything (cars, planes, wind, people, mailboxes, leaves…). On top of that, we were also struggling with the “normal” puppy things such as biting, jumping, tearing things up, etc. When I picked Remi up from his 2-week board and train and brought him home, he was a COMPLETELY different GOOD boy!!!! He still had his sweet strong puppy personality, but he now has manners and respect for everyone around him! He is such a good boy and it is such a relief to see him so confident in the training that he has learned and we are able to live so much more stress-free! And as if it couldn’t get any better, she send you updates and photos multiple times a day!! You are always in the loop and you never feel too far from your baby. I CANNOT recommend and thank Mrs. Jade Ross enough!!! Will be screaming her name from the rooftops for the next lifetime!!

We dropped our two year old bernedoodle, Callie, for the two week board and train. We got constant updates from trainer Jade, where she let us know of the progress being made and that our girl was doing just fine! During the go home session, Jade taught us everything we needed to do to keep up with the training of our dog. We were finally able to go on a walk downtown without our dog leash pulling, which is something we’ve never been able to do! We took our Aussie puppy to the two week board and train. We spoke with Meagan and Taylor prior to committing to this expensive commitment. We had two primary concerns, the first was excessive barking and also pulling while on leash. We were assured this was not a problem and Meagan repeatedly convinced us that this was the place for our guy to be trained. We received texts daily and videos that “showed improvement” or so we thought. I asked daily if he was doing ok and if there were any concerns. The answer was always the same stating how proud she was of him and she had no concerns. The videos became less frequent and then two days before we were to pick him up, we received the text stating “we have alot to go over” at our first go home visit. When we arrived for our visit, our boy barked for the first hour with Meagan having no control over the situation. When he finally calmed a little she proceeded to tell us that it was the breed and not the training that was difficult. The second go home visit was spent going for a walk with our pup where she took a video when he wasn’t barking at all people who passed us. We do have everything on video and it is important to note that this is not our first Aussie. After allowing our pup to come home for a few days I did email Pure Energy owner Stacy who made many excuses and offered us the complimentary follow up visit we already paid for included in our package. When I asked to speak to her, she replied saying she could fit me in the first week of February for a phone call. During our go home visit our pup barked barked barked. The staff was in the office for their Monday morning meeting and no one came to assist and during the second visit the trainer that came in the building didn’t even make eye contact with us. Meagan told us that she really didn’t know what to do with him or how to make him stop barking. Franklin walks on the leash about 30% better than before with e collar and prong collar on. The barking is worse now than before and we are left with empty promises and a large amount of money wasted. We travel all over the United States and I do a lot of reviews on many businesses. The facility is very nice and definitely depicts why the price is soo high. Please don’t waste your money and definitely do not do business with owner of Pure Energy Stacy. Her complete disregard of this manner shows her lack of business integrity and professionalism. I have videos, emails and texts backing up this review.

Would 💯 recommend Pure Energy Board and Train with Jade Ross for dog training! We have a goldendoodle puppy who is all puppy! She came home a totally different dog! She is still loving and fun but life is so much more enjoyable with her now! It’s amazing what Jade has taught her and us! Would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone! Our puppy is not nipping, biting, she is staying in place and not running around the house crazy, no shoes or anything else is “missing”. We have no unnecessary barking now. I can take the pup on nice walks even after two short weeks! We are still doing training at home but we have the tools and it’s going great so far! She responds and LISTENS to us! This was totally worth it! We can not thank them and Jade enough!
