A mere 24 hours after one session with Susan my dog appears to be positively TRANSFORMED. She used to bark incessantly at passersby but now that we have the (easy to learn) tools to gently redirect her the barking has diminished and the general vibe in the house is so much calmer. Feeling confident that utilizing the methods we learned in person along with Susan's detailed written plan/instructions over the coming weeks will truly benefit our entire household and help us love our pets better.
