Purple Tyger Creations Dog Training and Boarding

Sarah (of Purple Tyger Creations) has been a fantastic trainer for my dog. I strongly and enthusiastically recommend her for your training and boarding needs! She has helped my 7-year-old mutt gain confidence, respond more frequently to my commands, and reduce his reactivity to other dogs and humans. Sarah responds quickly to texts and calls and her prices are fair and reasonable. I also look forward to using Sarah's boarding service; it's great to know my pup will be in safe hands when I'm out-of-town :) In addition, I would recommend Sarah as a trainer for the Obedience Training Club of Greater Lansing (OTCGL) for an even more affordable option, or if your dog needs less intensive care/attention (or to supplement your private training sessions, which is what I'm doing!).

I did a 2 hour session with Sarah. We worked on introductions to other dogs and confidence building. It was a wonderful experience! I drove 2 hours from Benton Harbor, and it was worth it. Sarah has extensive knowledge of Australian shepherds. I have a very small mini, and she was able to introduce him to her 2 cats and several standard sized Aussies. I was honestly shocked watching my dog be able to focus so well on agility and not be fazed with large dogs he doesn’t know are around. Since our session, I’ve been able to have much better walks around my neighborhood, especially in the presence of other dog walkers. 😁 10/10 would recommend Sarah, ESPECIALLY if you have a herding dog.

Purple Tyger Creations is the absolute best and has helped our family tremendously. We utilized their dog training services after rescuing an incredibly intelligent, but unruly and rambunctious dog from a puppy mill. Our dog had fairly severe behavioral issues we feared she would never overcome, but with the help of this trainer, we quickly acquired the knowledge and skills that took our dog from a turbulent terror to a tame teddy bear in a matter of weeks. The owner and trainer, Sarah, is not only incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior, she is also incredibly kind and personable. After leaving our dog with Sarah for day boarding, our dog came back super happy and tuckered out with tons of pictures to prove she had a great day. We will be back for additional training and boarding. She has won us over and made a client for life!
