From the moment we contacted Laura, she was helpful and willing to work with us through the process. She was kind and kept in contact, especially when we had to reschedule our training for our dog. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about our dog (Rottweiler pup). When we dropped off Demi, she was very reassuring our puppy was in good hands. Laura, kept us updated with pictures and videos of Demi’s progress and made me feel like we made the right decision. When it was time to pickup Demi she worked with us at pickup to show us all that Demi had learned and to make sure we were confident in being consistent and continuing with training. She checked on Demi after pickup. When we took her back to Laura, Demi was happy and knew she was safe. Laura text me regularly and again reassured me Demi was doing well. She spoiled and treated Demi as if she was her own dog and it showed me we made the right decision to choose Laura as our trainer. I would highly recommend if you need a sufficient training system for your dog and a capable certified trainer, then Laura is your person.

Thanks a lot, Laura!! Rocky is doing great!! You delivered us a well-behaved dog as we wanted, with no more bites, jumping around, and being hyper all the time; you taught him how to calm down and be able to stay down and relax, not to mention no more pulling on the leash, sitting when stop and wait until called especially when he's on his "place area." I'm already following your teachings and doing sessions off-leash. My wife can go for a walk with Rocky with no problem. People are amazed at how well-behaved he is off-leash. We really appreciate what you did with Rocky. We can't wait to follow up on ongoing lessons! Once again, THANK YOU, Laura!!!
