I called to inquire about enrolling my German Shepherd in their training courses. I spoke with a woman (I will not call her out) that was extremely rude to me. I said "I was wondering if we could take a tour" she said no, due to Covid regulations, totally understandable! However when I asked about just flat out signing him up and starting classes without touring, she asked his age (6 months) and rudely exclaimed to me "well, he is too old for our puppy class!" I said, "okay, well whatever class he needs to be in, that is what I'm interested in". Then, attitude and all, she goes "okay, well I don't have anything until January, so good luck" I'm hugely disappointed in this customer service and will absolutely NOT be enrolling my dog into any class at this facility. This establishment came highly recommended from our vet, whom we trust and love, so I was shocked to be spoke to this way. This was really quite unfortunate as it seems many people have had positive experiences. Time to look at other schools!
