I didn’t want to write a glowing review because I don’t want the secret to get out, but I just can’t help myself. Tony and Lisa truly are exceptional human beings. We left our 13.5 year old English Springer Spaniel with them for a week. The poor old guy is SO ANXIOUS when he’s away from home, he doesn’t see or hear well, and has a hard time controlling his bowel and bladder. They treated him like their very own child. They made exceptions to their routine to make him more comfortable. Honestly, we chose to board with them because of the proximity to our home. But we would continue to bring our precious old boy to them time and time again. I’ve paid a little less elsewhere in the past, but the care and attention they gave him was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!

I called about a week ago for an appointment that was supposed to happen today (Thursday) at 10 am for a consultation for board and training. I drove over an hour one way to get to her location and when I arrived all the gates were locked up. I sat there for a few minutes when a lady (not sure her name) pulled up and said “oh are you the 10 am appointment? We had a positive covid test and have to be shut down for 14 days” and I asked her when they found out and she said the person went for the test on Monday and found out it was positive Wednesday.....but I never received a call that told me that or that I needed to cancel my appointment. So I drove there AND wasted 2 hours of my time because they couldn’t communicate with me when I was about to trust them with my dog and spend hundreds of dollars with them for training. Then she said “call us back in 14 days for another appointment”. No ma’am I certainly will not. How can I trust you to communicate to my dog if you can’t communicate with me, and I can actually understand you?!
