Raise Your Right Paw Dog Training

Thank you Chris and Amy. First for the honor of working with you, and secondly, for the opportunity to meet and have the pleasure of having "Wednesday" in my class 🥰. She truly is a sweetheart and showed great promise of succeeding in learning what was taught. Even with one wonderful eye, she learned better than many dogs I've worked with in the past that had TWO healthy eyes! Remember, patience and persistence. "Training is a marathon, not a sprint." Slow and steady with your training will definitely help make a difference. And always know, that "once your Trainer...always your Trainer." I'm a phone call away!

Thank you Chris and Krystal for the generous review. Meeting you both, and "Spike," was a real pleasure! You showed obvious signs of having worked hard with him. A puppy as young as Spike doesn't come to a Level One class showing the positive behaviors that he performed as well as he did without a good head start! Leadership is what teaches dogs and keeps their positive and receptive behaviors RELIABLE. That's the key, (keeping them strong indefinitely.) Continue working as hard as you both have and remaining as patient as you know you both must. This is what builds stronger bonds and is key to a healthy relationship throughout Spike's journey. Remember, structure, balance and affection in that order! I'm always here if/when you need 😉.

Thank you John, I appreciate the generous feedback from our class. Atlas is a boy with a lot of energy. Especially because of his breed and his age of ten months, he's raring to go. Labradors come to us with high end energy. This means plenty of exercise and constant training, DAILY! You and Atlas have shown excellent training skills and he definitely looks to you as being his Leader, (which is so important. ) Genetically, he's also a highly social dog so you have one big bundle of love there!! Keep up the good work and try remaining as calm as possible to help his high end excitement. Great work!

Thank you Tony. But I feel that you should take the credit here because listening, understanding and following through with what's taught is what makes training successful. Otherwise, dogs don't quite fully understand what it is we want from them. We speak another language than theirs so consistency with verbal and hand cues helps them more than people think. Great job my friend!

I want to thank you Marta and Tony for the kind words. More importantly, I want to thank you for enabling me to work with Sasha. She's a very loving and intelligent girl who followed your direction quite well. Engagement is tremendous when teaching a dog and it absolutely showed when you helped her to understand what behaviors you requested. You obviously have a very strong relationship.
