To put into words what Randy and his team did for me and my dog Marvin is nearly impossible, but I will try. I adopted Marvin in Dec 2020 from a shelter who had no information on him other than he was locked in someones yard his whole (short) life. When I met him, he was the sweetest boy in the whole world, the only problem was that he lacked discipline and boundaries. He would invade space, jump all over me (he's a big boy at 60lbs when I got him and nearly 75lbs now) and bark like crazy when I would stop paying attention to him for a second. I had only had him a week when he went to work with Randy and his team. I was heartbroken to leave him but I never once felt like it wasn't the right decision. I didn't worry about him one bit while he was there and I could call or text Randy at any time for updates. Randy also sent me photos and videos of all of the work and progress Marvin was making which was just another reassurance that he was in the right spot. Marvin at heart is a playful boy who just wants to love and be loved, and thanks to the Randy and his team, he now knows how to behave but can also still have his silly puppy play moments. I also know that if I ever need him, Randy is a call or text away to help with anything that may pop up, which is something that to me is invaluable. If I had to do it again I would 100% go straight back to Alpha Canine with no question or doubts. And I know when I eventually get another dog, they will be doing their training with Randy. To Randy and the Alpha Canine Team, Thank you for giving me the good boy I always knew was (deep) inside my love bug Marvin! I cannot express how much of a day and night difference there is in his behavior and attitude after his time with you!

I have a 16 month old boarder collie that was very hyper. Her name is Cali. She went to Nashville so Randy himself could train her. I missed her bad. But, this was the best decision I could have made for her. She left as a wild child and returned as a respectful obedient pup. After Randy trained me and my husband on the commands Cali now knows, she is a more calm pup. She has her PLACE. when I put her there and say stay, she doesn’t move, until I release her. She does try to leave her PLACE, but when I correct her, she goes back to PLACE and stays. Randy trained her much better than I did when I tried. He taught her the commands and all we have to do now is to continue to use the commands. I highly recommend him to train your pups/dogs. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. I knew they would take good care of Cali before I let her go to Nashville. After talking to Randy I knew Cali was in good hands and he and his staff would be kind and loving to her. TLC is important to us parents when leaving our pup in some else’s hands. He personally kept in touch with me about any questions I had. He sent me videos of them training together. He is professional, with a whole lot of funny in him. I would let my Cali go back to them, if she needed more training. But, with the training he did on her, I can continue training her myself with tricks. Cali still has her play time and enjoys chasing the ball, but when I give her the obedience command, she knows exactly what to do with each command I give her. I was relaxed and calm while she was gone. I missed her BIG, but I am so glad I made the decision to use Randy.

I am very happy to write a review for Alpha Canine! We have a coonhound/shepherd mix named Millie who we sent to Alpha when she was 19 weeks old. We could tell Millie wanted to please us, but obviously couldn’t understand what we wanted her to do. We had tried everything we could think of, but nothing seemed to work. This led to frustration and made us not enjoy our time with her as much as we would have liked. After researching different training options in our area, we found Alpha. The reviews we so good. I contacted them and immediately Randy was communicating with us and answering questions. I could tell he was very professional and knowledgeable. After completing her training, Millie has become such a great little dog! Randy, Juan, and the entire Alpha Canine Training Center team is top notch. We have been so pleased with the discipline we now see in Millie. She is still a fun and playful puppy (not perfect), but we now have very effective tools so that she can understand what we want her to do. Just this morning, I took her for a walk, and it was like walking air... I was not dragging her down the street, and she wasn’t pulling me. I can honestly say I have never enjoyed walking a dog this much. In the past it always felt like a struggle and I was exhausted after the walk. The team at Alpha is very caring, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They will love your dog just like their own. I highly recommend them!!! I just wish we had sent every dog we have had to Alpha...they are that good!!!!

I drove 10 hours to drop our Anatolian Shepherds off with Randy and Lauren. I was pregnant, moving, and handing over my puppies (ranging from 20 pounds to 130) was wrenching. However, they could not have been in better hands. Even our dog who was nervous and spooked easily was relaxed and confident here. I was so impressed by how well the Shepherds absorbed the training that we did a second round trip with our miniature labradoodle to drop him off after we’d picked up the shepherds. They all learned so much, and I could not have gotten through the move with them without the training from Alpha K9. The facility is lovely, but more importantly, Randy and Lauren love the dogs and go above and beyond in caring for them and in the training. I have recommended Randy to my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

We took our dog, Seaver, to Alpha K9 to have Randy & Company train her in leash management and overall obedience. We dropped Seaver off, watched Randy's videos of Seaver's training and noticed the progression in her leash training and manners over the next four weeks. Randy told us when we met the first time we would see a noticeable difference when we picked her up - well behaved on the leash but no diminishment in her personality. Well, Randy speaks the truth! She is awesome. Great on the leash and listens to commands yet remains a character. Great job, Randy. Can't speak highly enough of you and your staff. Well done!
