We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our services this time around. I wish you would have expressed this disappointment in person so that we could work through it instead of going straight to a poor review. I do want to clarify a few things pertaining to your points... 1) Yes, just like everything else you are already paying increased prices for over the past few years, our prices have gone up to keep up too. Maybe it went to your spam folder, but we sent all of our past customers an email last winter with a warning that our prices would be increasing March 1st, 2024. This gave everyone sufficient warning and allowed them to get last few appointments in at the old price if they chose to. 2) Follow ups are short and always have been. Your dog's first lesson was closer to 30 min because it lays the foundation, is the first impression, and consequently takes longer. When a dog comes back for a follow up, they more than often remember the lesson very well or just need a gentle reminder, and so the follow up ends up being more of a pop quiz. Especially if the dog remembers the lesson, it would be cruel and unnecessary to put them through full/more training all over again and that is why we don't start over. All of this info is on the website and was communicated while you were here. Again, if you felt it wasn't enough, I wish you would have said something in person as we would have been happy to accommodate to make you more satisfied to the best of our ability. 3) As for text communication, that is *one* way we schedule, but nowhere does it say that it is the only way. You can leave a voicemail, send an email, etc. Kate responds to all forms of communication within 24 hours and rarely misses anyone, and as a full time mother of two tiny children text is just a convenient tool for scheduling but again, not the required or only form. We primarily respond to customers in the way they contacted us; so we respond to text inquiries with text, voicemails with return calls, email with emails, etc. Again, I'm very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience this time.
