Ray came to help us train our new Boston Terrier. we started at 10 weeks. We have never trained a puppy before and needed a lot of help. Ray was incredible. He worked with me and my son for 90 minutes on the first day and showed us so many techniques. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always available by phone or email when youre having any issues or need help. Since I have never trained a dog before I was a big high maintenance and was constantly contacting Ray with questions and he would always ease my mind and give me the best advice. Our puppy is learning and growing and responding well to the training. I highly recommend Ray for dog training. He's the best.

I found Razor K9 through a general online search for a custom collar idea. I have two dogs on Invisible Fence and their nylon collars are sturdy, but they retain a stinky dog odor even after washing. I wanted waterproof material, but a quick release buckle only. Impossible to find! Ray said he'd give it a go, and go he did! First attempt sent, too bulky and he returned my payment! Second prototype, too clunky. By this point we were actually texting and calling each other, bouncing ideas around. I live across the country from him and don't know him from Adam, but he willingly sent a third set of collars after he had an epiphany about materials. He definitely figured it out. The collars fit exactly like nylon ones and there is room for adjusting if needed. I'm gladly sending him payment now!
