Punzy, our inside Australian Shepard is full of energy and the tools we learned in training help her to know when is the appropriate time to run and play and when it’s time to sit and stay has been wonderful in our busy home of 4 kids. Misti was a huge help even in between lessons with answering a call or text very quickly to help when I needed it. Thanks Misti!
We have learned so much about how to work with our dogs. Ready Set Sit does a great job of teaching both your dog and you with modeling and easy to understand instruction to carry over through the week. This has been extremely helpful!

I am a first time dog owner to a beautiful German Shepherd, so when I contacted Ready Set Sit, Misti knew exactly what I needed. Pearl went through the puppy training, meeting once a week, and working on basic puppy skills. Near the end of that, it was apparent that I did not have the time or patience to get my dog to a place where she could stay in my home and behave as we needed her to. Pearl then started the board and training with Josh and Misti. They made sure she was very well trained before she came back home, even though it took a little longer than any of us expected. I am happy to say that Pearl fits right in at our house now. Ready Set Sit is still very helpful and supportive with answering quick questions and advice as well as check on my dog to see how she’s doing. Josh and Misti know what they are doing and care so much for helping people and their dogs to make sure that dogs and their owners get the best out of their lives together.
Izzy and I had a great experience with Ready Set Sit. Throughout the training sessions both Izzy and myself learned a lot! She has gotten a lot better with people, our walks are smooth, she’s much calmer when people come over and I now know how to control situations where she’s uncomfortable. Misti and Josh were great to work with, really care about the pups and are so supportive!
