What a terrific experience, for me, and my rottie, Sophie! I learned and my dog did too! We did the general training, sit, down stay, place, walking, and that special "Bingo"! I found a new friend in Misty, also...what a great, patient, trainer. I also recieve compliments on how Sophie behaves in public. I recommend, Ready Set Sit LLC, highly! If I could rate a 10, I would. Misti is a wonderful trainer. Misti taught me how to properly train my puppy, Red. She taught me how to use positive reinforcement, redirection, how to set boundaries, and emotional regulation with Red. With Misti's instructions, Red learned to quickly love her crate, patiently wait for food, to easily house train, and even how to regulate Red's play with my elderly dog.From there we progressed to basic commands and lead training. She provided clear instructions and regularly checked-in to see how we were progressing. Red is almost 1 year old now. She is an absolute joy, and I believe this enjoyment can be attributed to our trainer Misti.

We started working with Misti at Ready Set Sit when our puppy Penny was just 12 weeks old, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Penny can definitely be a challenge at times, but Misti was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and effective—not just with training Penny, but with training me too! It had been over 20 years since I last had a true puppy, and I felt completely out of practice. Misti gave me so much guidance with crate training, potty training, and everything in between. Her support made a world of difference and set Penny up for success from the start. If you have a new puppy or just want to teach your dog some manners, I highly recommend Ready Set Sit.
