We can’t recommend Lance enough. Our golden retriever was already fairly well-behaved, but the structure, consistency, and practical training Lance provided made a huge difference in our day-to-day quality of life.
Lance taught us how to properly use the Dogtra collar to get calm, no-pulling leash walks, and eventually reliable off-leash walking. Our dog’s recall is now excellent — even without the e-collar. One of the most useful commands he taught was “off,” which we use constantly for things like stopping unwanted behavior or dropping whatever he has in his mouth (usually the kids’ toys).
We did the in-home package, and he was always reliable, professional, and on time. What we appreciated most was how approachable and sustainable the training felt. Lance gives you tools and techniques that are easy to continue using long after your regular sessions end. We still have access to Lance for questions, and if our pup ever regresses or we need a refresher, we can schedule additional sessions. That kind of long-term support gives us so much confidence.
If you’re looking for practical, effective training that truly improves everyday life with your dog, we highly recommend Lance.
