Real life k9 absolutely was the best facility hands down!! They have trained 4 out of 6 of my amazing pups and did an outstanding job. Not only did they break everything down for me so that I could learn as well they made sure to keep me updated the whole way through. They also gave me a tour of the place and made me feel that much more secure about where I was sending my pups. I will definitely be using them for the rest of my pups.

Amazing group of trainers! I was at a loss on what to do with my dog Tigger. She was anxious and scared of everything. She is now confident with her head held high and ready to take on the world with me. I am still finishing my homework with her but it’s coming together so well. They take amazing care of your dogs and truly treat them like their own. The facility is clean and very clearly set up to spoil the pups. Rose kept me up to date on my girls progress with pictures and updates keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t say enough good about this facility and their staff. You have changed me and tiggers life for the better. Worth every penny

We paid just under $2,000 for very basic on leash obedience training, and after leaving our beloved dog Samson in their care for three weeks, we brought home a very sick puppy. Within days, he tested positive for Coccidia, Giardia, and hookworms, all at once. These parasites were contracted during his stay, and he’s now on his second round of stronger treatment, along with daily probiotics that our vet says he may need for up to three months to rebuild his immune system due to the damage caused at such a young age. We were urged by Jody specifically to bring him in earlier than planned due to his breed’s size, and we trusted that recommendation. But that meant he was exposed at an even more vulnerable stage of development. Watching our puppy suffer through this, after spending so much financially and emotionally, has been devastating. There was no communication from the facility about any health concerns while he was there. And then while were caring for our sick dog, we received a follow up demanding proof that we had supposedly reached out about the situation, something we actually never did because we were too focused on getting Samson healthy, not on arguing or placing blame at the time. We were then told by Rose that parasites like these are "common" in kennel settings. But common doesn’t mean acceptable, especially when families are paying thousands and trusting you with their puppy’s well-being. At the very least, transparency and preventive care should have been prioritized. We love our dog. He's part of our family. And this experience has been painful, expensive, and entirely avoidable. I’m sharing our story so other dog owners can ask the hard questions and proceed with caution before committing to any training program, especially one that promises care and leaves you with heartbreak instead. 💔
