Real Time Dog Training

My wife and I decided to give this a try after a couple of other training programs had failed. We had a 1 year old dog that COULD NOT settle down and have a toddler with a newborn on the way. We knew that it was probably something that we were/weren't doing, but we could not make any progress. When Jamie came for the consultation it was surreal. It seemed like a switch got flipped in our dog, and she could finally chill out. The training was 2 weeks ago, and every single day since then has been SOOOO much better than before. My wife and I cannot believe how quickly our dog has turned it around (we talk about it daily lol!). I am sure that not every situation would turn out like this, but we honestly think that this was one of the best investments we have ever made! Jamie is great, and you can tell that she truly wants to help!

This was a great experience. Jamie came right to our house which was super convenient. She is really knowledgeable and taught my family how to handle our rambunctious and stubborn beagle. The results were immediate because our dog has stopped biting and nipping which was a big concern. I also appreciate the fact that Jamie included our children so now they know how to handle the dog. I am so relieved to have a better behaved dog and he keeps improving. Seriously, if you have a new puppy or dog you should contact Jamie.

Jamie came to our house for a 3-hour training session. Our lab mix was acting aggressively towards passersby, delivery people, and neighbors/dogs on walks near our home. She gave us a detailed plan and explained the root cause of our issues rather than just trying to give quick tricks to band aid the situation. We were giving our dog what we thought was the love and affection that he needed, but did not realize that we were actually imparting human logic and instinct onto a dog that needed direction and leadership. Jamie sat down with us and walked us through the information and goals, as well as some real life coaching, on how we should interact so that our dog stopped demanding and reacting. Rather, he is starting to respect and listen to us. We are only a week out from the new routine, but the dynamic has already changed drastically. He has almost completely stopped whining, barking, and otherwise demanding things from us. Now he waits and trusts us to get to his needs on our time and is less anxious for it. We still have a lot of work to do, but Jamie has been very responsive and helpful after the session and we plan to use her services again in the future to further train our dog and, more importantly, us on how to be the best puppy parents we can for his and our sakes. Well worth the money!
