Reale Dog Training

I had an appointment scheduled with Zack, but I needed to reschedule due to illness (I gave several days notice of cancellation). I tried to reschedule but didn’t hear back so I reached out again. Then I asked to see a different trainer. I was told by Eva that Phil would come to my home on Thursday @6:30 for an initial training session and that I needed to pay in advance. I paid the $350 invoice and on Thursday afternoon realized that no one had asked me for my home address. I emailed to confirm if my appointment which I had already paid for was still confirmed. No one responded or showed up to my home address I had made it abundantly clear that my reason for seeking training was a sudden and severe issue with my dog which was impacting both her quality of life and mine. Yet, over the course of 2 months this organization failed me over and over again. Very unprofessional.

We brought our dog Banban here for Puppy Classes and just graduated recently. It’s been a great experience, and we’re planning to continue with the Adolescent Classes. Everyone is super friendly and clearly knows what they’re doing, and they’re always happy to answer questions and explain things clearly. The pricing is very reasonable, and Banban really enjoyed the group socialization. Highly recommend!
