Nicole and Sam are some of the most loving and trustworthy dog trainers we know! They love their job and the dogs they train with all their hearts and give 110% into everything they do! My daughter needed help training her dog Zelda in very stressful locations and situations. Zelda was great at her job but struggled to acclimate to places that provided a high degree of excitement and stimulation. Nicole and Sam not only helped my daughter train her dog in those high stimulus environments but they also gave my daughter the confidence she needed to be a better handler for her dog. That alone was worth millions! Zelda is a great dog and knows how to do her job, but she needed her handler to exude confidence in her to provide that extra degree of assurance! Zelda went from barking at people to being able to sit in a crowded airport calmly and confident. Sam and Nicole are very dedicated to helping dogs be better versions of themselves and are willing to go out of their way to help their humans also assist in their dogs training. They drove to the airport on many occasions to work with my daughter and her dog as well as the very busy City Walk. Zelda only struggled in very busy environments, so they made sure my daughter practiced in busy locations considerably. Nicole and Sam also spent a lot of time with us on phone calls and video calls answering questions and making sure our concerns were being met.
