BEWARE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would: I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism shown by Red Fox Dog Training toward my friend’s service dog. For many of us, dogs are more than just pets — they’re part of our families and play an essential role in our lives and in the lives of our children. Service dogs, in particular, deserve respect, patience, and understanding. Sadly, Red Fox Dog Training showed a clear lack of sensitivity to these needs. I expected better from a company that claims to be experienced in dog training. I would not recommend their services, especially for those who rely on the trust and bond they share with their service animals.

It's very unfortunate to see how the reviews posted on this page are seemingly manipulated, with people giving 5 stars or commenting suddenly, even when the services they received weren't recent. Our situation is real and very sad. We don't know how many people have gone through this and never submitted a review. Our dog has a purpose: to be trained as a service dog for our son with autism. He's not an emotional support dog or simply a pet, and even if he were, it wouldn't be fair. We have to be his voice. His purpose is to be a service dog, a purpose that has been lost due to the trauma and experiences he's endured. He's a docile dog who doesn't know how to defend himself, and that's why we've shared the facts on this page. The owners admitted this to him twice, but we were generous and gave them a chance the first time—a story that isn't told here. If you had a good experience, that's great. The truth is, the facts don't lie, but don't be overconfident. Be empathetic. If you don't know the situation, at least try to be neutral. Maybe it wasn't your experience, but it was ours, and this isn't a power struggle. Obviously, you want to maintain your good reviews, but you don't respond to mistakes so easily, and that doesn't make you great; on the contrary. The photos of our dog are in the reviews that have been written to raise awareness. I hope everyone can relate, even if it hasn't happened to them, because we don't know what tomorrow holds, and we wouldn't want anyone to go through something like this. We never imagined we would experience the same thing twice, giving the owner opportunities and advising her to change certain practices, which she appreciated at the time. You can't imagine the helplessness you feel when people don't understand the situation and support something they don't truly know. It's better not to react. With this, I want to make it clear that this isn't personal; it's about justice and conscience. Our dog lived there for a month and a half the first time, and it wasn't easy to get him back afterward because of the conditions he was in. We trusted them, but we never had access to the place where he'd been. The second time, after the owner apologized and acknowledged her actions, we gave her a chance to continue because we know we're not perfect. We entrusted our dog to them again for about 10 days of care—"care, not training"—and he came back six pounds lighter, with most of his fur pulled out, blood in his pores and sores, and a relapse into the insecurity he was overcoming. This is truly heartbreaking. Our family is suffering because he's our baby, the one who wants to help us every day. He was seen by a groomer and his veterinarian, who certified everything he received at this place. I hope this post makes you reflect. Now we can support anyone who goes through the same thing because we've been there ourselves. Businesses disguise themselves as love when money is the reward. These services aren't free, and even if they were, under no circumstances should you have to endure a situation like this. They (our dogs) are lives and families.
