FirstBarkThe older woman with the crusty poodle is pretentious and makes rude comments to customers. Took my dog here for 2 lessons and then got dog shamed by her, so I will not be back. I do not recommend going here.

Registered for the Star Puppy class about a month and a half in advance, was told at time of registering that there were openings in both Thursday and Saturday so I got signed up. 5 days before the class was to begin I was told the class was cancelled since they didn't have an instructor. I asked to be moved to the other class as I registered at a time when I could have gotten into either and was told no. Now I am forced to go without a puppy class for my puppy for another month and a half as that is the soonest I can get her into a new class at any FM Dog Training location.
