Ms. Griggs I'm very sad we didn't get a chance to connect! And you new to Nashville too! Ugh. Let me explain.<br><br>You pulled into the parking lot after hours, right up to the front door, which set off our security cameras and the dogs in our care. I left my office, unlocked the door, and when I finally approached you ignored me. All the while the dogs were going nuts because they thought someone was there for them. When you wouldn't look at me I got more animated to get your attention. I never screamed. I twirled my sweatshirt and pointed at the sign. Because we've been on this busy Nashville street close to downtown for the last 10 years I do get frustrated. So many people do what you did, only to make phone calls or hang out, every single day. Most of them are the same skin color as I am and extremely rude. In fact an old friend I hadn't seen in 30 years stopped by last week and laughed when I approached him in the exact same way!<br><br>I felt very calm during our encounter but clearly you've had some bad experiences with people my skin color and that sucks for both of us, me because I lost a chance to get to know you and your dog and you because it left a bad impression on you about Nashville and maybe made your day less pleasant. As I said before you left, I wish you the very best for your dog. Clearly you are a great caregiver. Your adorable dog looked very friendly and delighted to be in your company.<br><br>Meanwhile, sincerely welcome to Nashville. Hi Raymond: I don't recognize your name as being a client. If you have tried Red Rover I wish we'd been able to change your viewpoint about professional dog care! It is a critical service, as our loyal clients would tell you, for people who want their dogs to be able to play with other dogs or just have a fun place for them to go when they can't care for them at home.
