Amazing place to bring your fur baby! I have used Kelsey on several different occasions over the past 5 or maybe more years. I have had several times where I am seeking last minute services and she always helps to accommodate. My dog is a very large mastiff that many people won't provide care for (understandably) but Kelsey has always welcomed him with open arms. She is very loving towards him even though he is quite the pain. I always know he is being well cared for when he is there. The facility is always clean and well kept. I have used her for boarding, training, and most recently daycare and have never been disappointed. She is very well priced. Thank you Kelsey for all the work you do and always giving my Bentlee love 💕

I’ve been debating writing this for a few days after picking up my pets after boarding them with Kelsy but I feel this is my honest experience and had I known I may have gone a different route. I felt really disappointed with handing over $300 for boarding where I feel like I have little to no idea if my pets were truly taken of. I’m the one who had to text to check in and see how they were during my trip. My dog came home with a really bad bloody nose from rubbing against the kennel which I understand can happen but it is bad and it makes me wonder just how much time he was put him there. Also, apparently my dog was able to have access to the bag of dog food I brought and ate the entire bag included the travel bag I brought it in. Just felt really irresponsible to have it accessible to my dog whether he is “naughty” or a “puppy” or not. I trust you to take care of them. When we came to pick up the dogs they were extremely thirsty. Which may be normal? But so odd because they were both lapping up water into the well into the night. I chose RegalK9 because she was a small business with stellar reviews and also very close to my home. I just expected more from a small business and it’s kind of eating me alive that this was our experience. My pets are alive and well, but I just do not feel great or confident about our experience at all.
