Reidsan Dog Training Center

I am so glad I found this place when I adopted my puppy last year! It is a family-owned and operated business of many years here in El Paso, and offers American Kennel Club certified trainings. Whether you just want to teach your dog to sit, come, and walk politely on-leash, or you want your dog to compete in agility or obedience, they’ve got classes for all levels and needs. My dog has done basic, advanced, and agility training here. My dog is actually deaf from birth, but Sandra told me before I came that he’d do fine in regular group classes since they teach with hand signs and verbal commands, and she was right! Group classes have been a perfect way to socialize him, and he’s done great— he just passed his Canine Good Citizen test last week. Also, of course Reidsan is a kennel. My dog loves it here; he barely even looks back at me when I leave him! Victoria always treats my dog like he’s one of the family. Also, if you pay for exercise time and your dog is well-socialized, they will be matched up with a dog of similar energy level and compatible temperament for supervised playtime. It just so happens that my puppy plays adorably with Victoria’s own dogs, so he runs and plays his little heart out with their dogs and their son. He’s always exhausted when he gets home. Anyway, I couldn’t believe I hadn’t reviewed this place after all they’ve done for us. They just love my dog, but then again, they love all dogs. Their family’s passion and business is dogs. They have decades of experience and have probably worked with hundreds of dogs: rescues, mixed, purebred, pedigreed, and everything in between.
