Restored K-9 Academy

Archie was returned to me, his original foster mom, after he was removed from two foster-to-adopt situations for being aggressive to his humans. Manny immediately recognized that Archie has an alpha personality and will gladly set the house rules, like who gets to sit on the couch, if no one else does! My little pack of dogs considers me to be the alpha, and Manny taught us both how to bring Archie in line. As part of the process, Manny helped me identify the traits needed by Archie’s next adopters to ensure a successful adoption! Thank you, Manny!

Manny took on training me and my three dogs, and the results were amazing. They were definitely a handful, but all three have learned so much, especially the two younger, more energetic ones. Their listening and responsiveness improved quickly, which really surprised me since nothing I tried on my own worked. Manny is patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding, and he does a great job explaining everything. Highly recommend. 10/10 from me and my doggos! They loved him!

We had an incredible experience working with Manny at K9 Restored. Our puppy Frankie is a rescue and came to us very timid, unsure of herself, and struggling with basic obedience. From the very first session, Manny knew exactly how to meet her where she was. Over the course of her training, we watched Frankie gain confidence, learn structure, and completely transform her behavior. She’s now calmer, more obedient, and carries herself with a level of assurance we never thought we’d see this early on. Manny didn’t just train our dog — he taught us how to support her long-term, and his approach was patient, thoughtful, and incredibly effective. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Manny was excellent with our Whiskey girl. She started life off mistreated and isolate. She had virtually no confidence and would cower in every corner away from us. The first day of training with Manny, she essentially crawled on the floor and kept her head down the whole time we were there. We had to constantly pick her head back up to show her it was okay. Now here she is (in the photo) after 8 sessions, head held high and happy. Manny was not only able to help her learn essential skills, but he helped us learn how to train her ourselves, too. I would absolutely recommend Manny for training. You’re not going to drop your dog off and wonder why the training isn’t working, you’re going to be there every step of the way and develop the skills you need to reinforce what your dog will learn with Manny. Worried about performance at home? Don’t - Manny will help you through the process and ensure that you go home each session feeling confident about working with your fur baby. We called way too many “trainers” before finding Manny. We’re incredibly grateful that we found him and was able to work with him. Thank you for everything, Manny!
