Absolutely horrible communication and follow through. I reached out several times about my dog while in their care and got no response from the owner. I had to message her husband to get her to respond. After my dog came home he was no where near trained. When I reached out for help I recieved an email that she would no longer train my dog. This is a dog who was in training to be a service dog. After further research she had never trained any service dog to completion. We also have strong reason to believe she used a shock collar based on his reaction to seeing a remote for such collar when around a dog that had one..stay far away. Wish I would have read these other reviews sooner. I'll be seeing her in court soon as she breached contact and also didn't return our money. Many other locals have reached out with stories as well. Im gathering screen shots and will post my texts with the owner

We had a very similar experience as Dawn. Very unfortunate because we were very honest about our 2 year old dog and the needs we had. We did the 4 week board and train and ended up regretting spending the 3k we did and then had additional vet bills due to the crate training they did and our pup breaking her teeth. In the contract they say they say they will do recurrent trainings but that is not true in our experience. Overall would not recommend. Coreena then stated that they should’ve never taken our dog into the program. Well that would’ve been nice to know before we gave them our money.

I worked with Coreena and Kevin with my dog. I had several training sessions, single and group training. Even with the group training, they were able to give me and my dog enough time to learn and grow. My dog went from basic sits to being able to heel and walk appropriately. He was learning to be more confident in himself and around other dogs that he was less reactive. On every training, Coreena reevaluated what was needed to get my little guy to the next step, because he was quite willful. She takes her time and builds a relationship with your dog, he absolutely loves her now, even with the training and being corrected. It was amazing to see my dog go from barking at every single dog, to calming himself down and making better choices. I was given the tools (physically and through training) to work with my dog and build on that training. Even after the training was finished, they still helped me out! I was able to witness not only my dog getting better, but other people's dogs learn and grow as well. They obviously care about what they do, have great tips and tricks to help you out. It's a great investment in your dog's wellbeing and it helps create a bond between you and your dog. I cannot recommend them enough.
