We cannot say enough good things about this place! We are absolutely obsessed with Ridgeside k9!!! Our dog has been going to doggy daycare here just about every weekday for about 2 years now, has had grooming here multiple times, and has also participated in their 6 week board and train services as well as standard overnight boarding many times. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and does such an amazing job not only at training our dog but also educating my husband and I on how to better care for and train our dog. Our dog constantly looks forward to coming here and is always pawing at the car door when we get close to the building. Our dog gets so much stimulation and play time here during daycare and boarding whether it be playing with other dogs or running on the treadmill (his favorite activity). The owners and staff take such good care of our dog and you can tell they truly love and care about him. We love seeing update photos when we're out of town or when he's participated in water day. Our dog is so much better behaved after attending training here and we appreciate this place so much more than we can describe!

Absolutely five stars — and more if I could give them! The training transformed our dog and gave us so much confidence as pet parents. The team is incredibly caring, attentive, and truly invested in every dog they work with. We trust them completely for boarding, which says everything. Our dog is excited to go and comes home happy and relaxed. The grooming services are top-notch as well — they consistently do a beautiful job. This is a business that genuinely cares, and it shows in everything they do. Highly, highly recommend!

My name is Cynthia Maughan. This company kept my 5 pound yorkie for 26 days. They told me to pick her up early. My dog was sick for over 10 weeks. It turned into pneumonia. She had to go to the dog hospital. They wanted to admit her for 2 to 4,000 but I took her home. She coughed for 8 weeks. She had pink eye the day I picked her up which was very noticeable. She never closed her business and got other dogs sick. I know this for sure. My neighbor had 2 dogs there AT SAME TIME and they both have pneumonia plus this has spread to all their animals. Yes I was disappointed with Andy who had my dog for 24 hours due to him boarding my dog with big dogs. Small business at his home. Ridgeside said my dog was VERY NERVOUS after Adam. Andy use to work for this company and they helped him get his license. She gave me my money back except for 500. I was going to put her in training at another place but very sick and contagious. Her 11 year old mom caught it and almost died. She has not offered to help with the bills. Got my yorkie out of there on November 23 and she is still weak. I will add pictures of my dog struggling to breathe. She laid on my kitchen floor for 3 days. they say they bought my dog food, real story is they call me at 5 pm telling me they run out of Faith's food so yes they bought small bag dog food then I had 1 delivered 2 days latter cause WRONG KIND!! I begged them to give Faith a bath and they kept saying we will have groomer call you. Never happened. My dogs grooming every day is a lie. Each video shows dark tear stains. Each video shows Faith panting like she was hot but it was h her nerves. This is no place for a 5 pound Yorkie with kennel cough and canine influenza. They keep dogs chained up CLOSE against wall when training according to other person who's dog has pneumonia. Please expect your dog to stay caged the whole time except for the small amount of training. After 26 days as God as my witness my dog doesn't even know how to sit. She thinks it's ok to keep a dog 4 weeks and it not know anything. Missed by it's owner and coughing with pneumonia for 8 plus weeks. All I wanted was my special needs sister to be able to hold Faith cause Faith will growl at her. Was told by trainer that my sister could come down there, so when told on 4th week their rules are to pick up dog and they spend 1 hour showing you what to do without my sister. Such Lies, beware of anyone that wants to get you to sign a contract within five minutes on phone. Beware that your dog will end up with 2 to $4,000 worth of Vet and Hospital bills. THEY WILL NOT CARE. they will make up LIES just like right here. Your dog will be kept in rooms with cages & other dogs with doors shut so diseases will spread.
