Just got our dog back from her 4 week long board and train program with Kenzi. I can not recommend them enough. We are so overjoyed with the results. Our Doberman Juice has the perfect off switch to calm down and since recently giving birth that’s an amazing command she’s learned lol Kenzi did an amazing job keeping us updated with her progress and making us feel so safe that our dog was in good hands. 11/10 experience!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! My black lab mix had an incredibly tough background which lead to some behavioral and obedience issues that I wanted to correct. She lacked confidence and had a lot of PTSD which caused her to get aggressive in certain situations. When I first spoke to Brent on the phone, we talked for almost an hour and he really took the time to explain the program to me and let me share my pup's not so fun story. Carleigh and Brent were both fantastic all around. Not only did my dog learn a lot, but I learned so much too. They listened to everything I had to say and always provided very detailed, helpful feedback. After 4 weeks of the board and train, my girl is back and she is better than ever. It absolutely takes consistency and diligence at home after training, which Brent and Carleigh walked me through in detail. She is so well behaved and obedient and confident. I am so happy I decided to do this. 10/10 would recommend Ridgeside to everyone.

I worked with Brent and my 6 year old Aussie Mix when he was still up north before making the move to Tampa. They say "Old dogs can't learn new tricks" but he got my dog's recently learned leash reactivity and constant pulling and attempting to lead the walks under absolute control. Brent is clear in his communications with you as the owner (or parent however you refer to your furry friend) that the training doesn't stop with him. You have to keep up with it, stay consistent, and listen to his training plan post training, and it WILL stick. I get complements every time we're out at a dog park or other public place on how well trained and behaved my dog is. Brent treated my dog like he was one of his own, and really helped me as an owner figure out what I could be doing better to help my dog as well. Anyone in the area seeking QUALITY dog training, and any sort of behavior correction, and skill building, should go with Brent and anyone else he vouches for as a trainer in this region.
