We sent our ~1 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix through their 3 week board and train program, and the transformation has been incredible. Before training, Yogi was an anxious little menace — now he’s calmer, more cooperative, and so much more confident. From the start, Matt (the owner) provided top-tier customer service. He was so helpful and communicative leading up to drop-off and throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. But the real star of the show was Yogi’s trainer, Tyffany. She was beyond amazing — attentive, responsive, and 100% committed to Yogi’s progress every step of the way. She not only worked wonders with my anxious pup, but also somehow managed to handle my equally anxious “dog-mom” questions with so much patience. What stood out most is that her support didn’t end when the 3 weeks were over — she’s continued to check in on Yogi, offer guidance, and celebrate his progress with us as we’ve transitioned back home. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help Yogi grow. Ridgeside K9 and Tyffany gave us the tools, confidence, and support we needed — and I’ll be forever grateful.

Was nervous and overwhelmed at first with everything, but our Great Dane Charlie needed discipline and training. We researched and found this place. Very up front with everything including what to expect, pricing, etc. we were given updates along the way of the process, and at the end we were given a crash course on how to maintain the training. Very tight knit staff and daily routines. Overall we are very pleased with the amount of communication and attention to detail with the employees and all that they dedicate towards our pets. Thankful and pleased. Would highly recommend.
Been using them for daycare and boarding for over a year. Easy check in and out process, 10/10.
Great place to take ur puppy or dog. He will be going back for a stay again. And some more training.
