I was informed that “…no amount of training will make a difference …” However, I sought additional opinions from certified behaviorists, and my dog is currently enrolled in a training program, showing significant improvement. A more straightforward approach would have been to express their reluctance to work with me. As someone who can handle constructive criticism, I believe it's essential to provide accurate information. Dismissing training as useless is unprofessional, especially when coming from a “professional”. In reality, any dog, regardless of age or issues, can benefit from training, which, although not magical, is undeniably beneficial.

I love my 4yo dog Daisy but a 50# dog dragging a 160# man around like a rag doll was no fun. Went to a couple other trainers and they said that their training methods would not help "Crazy Daisy", and one recommended Riptide K9 for her. Well I have a new Nice Daisy now, and It was worth every penny. Had to make a few changes in scheduling and Angela was very understanding as well as the great Staff. We just got our golden puppy back yesterday from the on leash training. He is so focused and more relaxed - the training did wonders for his behavior and my confidence. He just had his first interaction with our cat - he kept his “place” on his cot without trying to run after her. We will be returning for the off leash training and any additional we need as dog owners. I highly recommend this facility and trainers. They’ve been wonderful to work with, the training I received during my dog’s pick up was very thorough. The trainer was so professional but relaxed; I never felt like I couldn’t ask a question, she was great. Everyone we’ve met or talked to here has been warm and friendly. Our once extremely wild monster is now an extremely wild monster with incredible self control. My kids aren’t afraid of him and he’s actually just sitting on his cot with them playing near him. Thank you all, we couldn’t be happier with this experience!

Riptide k9 is The Place to Go for your dog training needs. No need to research further. In 2.5weeks and with instructions for after care. My pup Benji has gone from not being able to be near anyone due to a lot of fear. To now walking comfortably on a short leash calmly and quietly In any situation with other dogs and people.
