Another review from someone I’ve never met who is affiliated with “Jr” who left one of my only bad reviews. No idea who you are. Leaving a bad review on a business page that you’ve never done business with says a lot about your character.

You forgot to mention about how you lied to me about your dog being fine in a crate, let them ruin two of my crates without paying for them, and showed up on my property after I specifically asked you not to. I was reluctant to even work with you because I could immediately tell you were going to be an awful client to deal with. I have learned over the years that anyone who tries to haggle down my pricing, is not going to be a good client, and most likely difficult to work with. Thanks for reminding me not to work with people like you… and of course, here you are insisting that i’m bad to animals because of my personal interaction with you. Your dog wasn’t the issue, the issue is you. It is never the dogs that I have issues with, it’s entitled clients such as yourself who make my life way harder than it needs to be. Good luck with your dog.

Hello Kim, Services at Rise & Shine K9 must be paid for in advance in order to reserve your spot in my calendar. When we worked together in the past, I gave you a significant discount for your Stay and Train program. I drove 60 miles every Friday to drop off and pick up your dog to provide services at my property, I was never reimbursed for gas. After you failed to pay for my services on the date agreed upon, I had no other option but to terminate you as a client. I did not appreciate you trying to negotiate my set prices, and requesting even a larger discount on a boarding fee I gave you a significant discount already. Everyone deserves to voice their opinion, but your review of my company is unfair and unnecessary. I hope you get the help your dog is needing. Good luck with your search. — Colton (Owner, Trainer)
