My mom had her dog boarded and we were so unhappy. We picked him up he seemed traumatized. They gave us the blanket he sleeps on it was covered in pee like he hadn’t been let out or played with. She wanted him to have the extra walks daily and she was never charged for it so it likely didn’t happen. She felt terrible about having to kennel him in the first place and she never will again! Not good vibes from the place at all.
