Brandon is an absolute amazing human being and I am so happy we were able to get Kali my Cane Corso in for the Anywhere Training. Ended up Bill did the lions share of training and I could tell he truly cared about Kali, this was super important to me, he kept me updated as I struggled with her being gone 3 weeks what a blessing he was. I highly recommend Riverbend Canine to anyone that needs that special training Kali is doing great and continues to learn every day, Thank You Bill for getting Kali ready for her life adventures with me. She is doing Incredible!!!!

4 weeks ago we send my Australian Kelpie to work with Brandon and his staff. We got her back yesterday completely transformed. She is a famous pup here in Hoptown as she works at Bad Batch Performance every day and with the kids here. She used to jump on them and bite them without fail. Today she is sitting at my feet as I work with them and her paws have not left the ground one time! I read through the earlier reviews and it seems that people have had communication issues with Brandon in the past. I can say for certain that I received weekly updates on Oakley without fail to include videos and pictures of her whereabouts. I will recommend RCT to anybody and everybody who wants to see a difference in their fur baby. 10/10

I found Brandon's business through a Google search. I needed to board my dog and while looking to board him I read about the "Go Anywhere Dog". I had trained my dog myself and he was doing great, but we had an incident while going into a restaurant that traumatized him(a vacuum cleaner was turned on next us while walking by). It was disappointing as before that he was great going into stores and restaurants with no issues. After that he would lock up and even occasionally pee from nervousness. I explained all this to Brandon and he decided to take on the challenge. Brandon had him for about 4 weeks. I was given a turnover by the handler who had worked with him and sent on my way. After having him back for a few days I felt he was worse than when I dropped him off. I called Brandon and talked to him and he said to bring him back and he and I would work one on one with my dog to figure out the issues. It took quite a while to get a time scheduled due to my work schedule and Brandon's busy schedule, but once we did, what a difference it made. During my turnover I was not properly shown how my new dog worked and what changes in behaviors were made ( Brandon had an issue with some past dog handler employees and has since eliminated the problems). Once all of the things were explained from Brandon, Wow what a difference in my dog's relationship with me in the working dog sense. I originally wanted to train him as a service dog and had almost reached the quitting point due to the stress it was causing him and myself. With Brandon's tweaks I was able to start reintroduce going in stores and after his confidence increased, we started going into restaurants together with no issues. I recently had to make a last minute over seas trip and didn't have time to do the paperwork to take him, so I called Brandon and asked if I could board him there and have him fine tune him as a true service dog. My trip went longer than expected, but I couldn't be happier with the dog he as became under Brandon's care. I finally have the Dog I always wanted. Thank you Brandon and all the current staff!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Transformational Training for Our Energetic Girl! I can’t recommend Riverbend Canine Training enough! If you have a dog that feels “untrainable” because of high energy, this is absolutely the place to go. Before we started, our dog Sadie was, to put it simply, a total whirlwind. She had endless energy and we just didn’t know how to channel it. We honestly worried that her personality might be too much for traditional training. The Experience Getting started was incredibly easy. A colleague recommended Brandon to me, and after hearing how great their experience was, I knew we were in good hands. • Brandon (Owner): Runs a top-tier facility and truly understands canine psychology. He made us feel confident from day one. • Alisha (Trainer): Sadie was paired with Alisha, and she was nothing short of a miracle worker. She handled Sadie’s intensity with patience, skill, and consistency. The Results What really sets Riverbend apart is that they didn’t “break” Sadie’s spirit. She still has all the energy and goofy personality we love—but now she listens, follows commands, and knows how to focus that energy. It honestly feels like we have the same dog, just with a much-needed “remote control.” If you’re looking for trainers who truly deliver on their promises, go see Brandon and Alisha. I found Riverbend Canine through a local search, and they are amazing! They’re affordable, communicate clearly at every step, and send photo updates throughout the process. They are incredibly accommodating and genuinely care about getting to know your dog personally. We have a 9 month old puppy mixed with Australian Shepherd and a lab/hound mix (we are unsure), she used to struggle with jumping on people, running off towards people/animals, chewing on house hold items, whining out of boredom, leash walking, and not being able to be content. We could never take her into stores or crowded areas before her training, only parks/dog parks. Lainey is now a whole different dog, while still having her same personality, and our biggest blessings are that she can now walk on and off and just chill around the house with us and be just as happy! All bad behaviors were fixed and she is now my favorite shopping buddy. The pictures say it all😊
