Hello Gwendolyn, I apologize if there was any misscommunication. I am the owner of ROC Animal Training. It is just me as the only employee. I saw you had called on Tuesday, 11/17/2020 at 5:27pm. All of my communications specifically say it is easier to contact me by email and you had left your email in the voice-mail. I emailed you back Friday, 11/20/2020 at 12:49pm. I do try and return all contacts within 2 business days normally but I am playing catch up this week. Since I am training, running a business and have a family, phone conversations are usually best if scheduled because there is a lot of phone tag. I would be more than happy to still chat with you on Monday. You are also welcome to email me or Facebook Message me. Below is the response in the email I sent you. Hello Gwendolyn, I received your voicemail and was going to let you know I do not do any specific training for Emotional Support Animals. ESA's are only granted travel and housing rights. They do need to be well mannered and be friendly with other dogs and people. But other than that there is no specific training they need. I can help you with the well mannered part either with classes or private lessons. Just let me know if you have any questions! It's a shame that you put profits over animals and the safety of our community. I will ask you nicely to shut your doors while we are all struggling through this hard time. All your doing is going against the guidelines and putting others at risk. Think about your customers not your pocket!

Harbert, I apologize for not responding earlier as I did not see this review. I did have to shut down for Covid. I was not an Essential Worker and I was shut down from the time Mayor Holt required. I moved classes online, lessons online but did cancel many in person classes and lessons. I was still in the building working as well as had some friends using the building. I was extremely effected as a small business by this pandemic. I take my clients and their animals safety in to consideration always. Dogs have highly contagious diseases and cleanliness is a must so the same protocols are in place. I encourage you please change this review as it is not fair or appropriate review because your facts where not accurate. I posted on social media I was closed and started offering online services. The owner/trainer (my apologies, I forgot your name) was very thorough and was patient. She was excellent with the rowdy pups who just wanted to play. She taught the owners as much as she taught the pups 😂. I learned a lot from the Basic Manners class and couldn't be happier with the overall success for both me and my pup. I look forward to more classes!

Jessi has been an absolute dream to work with. From day one I was comfortable working with her knowing she had the skills to work with our sweet boy. She’s been flexible with scheduling and so easy to work with. We’re currently 4 classes into our 6 week training and we’re seeing great changes with our dog. Jessi truly goes the extra mile to make sure her clients have the tools to be successful with their animals, she even took the time to check in on our dog when he was down sick and is working with our veterinarian on when he should return to training. I highly recommend ROC!
