FirstBarkOptimum Dog is fantastic! Our trainer Chelsea has done an amazing job teaching us how to work with our Vizsla Pup, rusty. She gave us the tools that have enabled us to teach Rusty to be a great family dog that listens and obeys. We have recommended Chelsea and Optimum dog to our closest friends. They have been very accommodating to our family's busy schedule. I can't say enough good things!

Rocket Dog Academy (formerly Optimum Dog) offers training for all ages, breeds, and skill levels, from basic manners to advanced behavior modification. Our programs include Stay & Train, trick training, Nose Work, Rally, Agility, and a robust Puppy Cadet curriculum. We also train on real-world outings and adventures to build confidence and reliability in everyday life. We proudly partner with local rescues, if you’re looking for a new companion, come meet the dogs in our care. We love them. My wife and I put our dog Dexter in training for board and train. He was a wild pup when we out him in. When we got him back he was much better. He still has a long way to go to be where we want him to be but the board and train is just to get a good base for your dog. The trainers are very personable and knowledgeable. They love to help you and to teach you how to train and manage your dogs behaviors. Highly recommend their services.
My 8-month-old German Shepherd used to bark frantically at any dog that came into his sight. In our first lesson, he learned to behave appropriately. It's worth the two-hour drive back and forth!
Great place. My puppy Loves play days and training at Optimum. They have taught me how to be a better dog owner as well.
