Rocky Creek Dog Agility

I am so sorry you misunderstood what you were signing up for. We informed you that we do not offer “Puppy Classes” , we have CGC/Tricks classes that are only held in the daytime, and Rally classes that are offered in the evening. You close the Rally class. We have all levels in one class and the instructor works individually with each student as the other students work independently on the rally signs. I am also in that class. I remember the instructor trying to work with you on healing and we suggested either a gentle leader or some other collar for you to get your dog under control. Had you been able to walk around with your dog you would have been able to do signs and work on sit, down, stand, front, pivot, etc. we usually work on about 20 signs. The instructor had you working independently on healing and being under control. Had you come to a second lesson with the gentle leader you would have been able to accomplish much more. <br><br>You did notify me that you would miss the second class because your dog was limping and had a vet appointment. The next time I heard from you was 8 weeks later asking for a refund. You had missed all of the last 4 lessons in that session and the first lessons of the next 5 week session. So I removed the charge for the second session where we had held a spot for you (it is a full class so no other students were allowed to join the class because of the spot we held for you). Our policy is if you cancel we offer you a make up, if we cancel you get credit for the next session. I decided because of extenuating circumstances to give you the credit. I think if you check into other training centers that we have a very generous policy on missed lessons. So the four class credit for any class we offer is here waiting for you.
