FirstBarkMy Goldendoddle, Henri, and I worked with Jeff for several months and we learned so much. Now the things that Jeff taught us are second nature, I use the commands and Henri still responds. I am on a fixed income and have a puppy who is 10 months old she is St. Bernard and great Dane. She is in need of training to learn to not jump up on people to walk beside me when being letc. my question is how long approximately what it takes
Hi Lynne, how long training takes to resolve behavioral issues and teach better behaviors depends largely on the owner and their ability to successfully practice what we teach. My wife Vicki and I learned a lot form Jeff about being good pet owners. We learned that it's more about us being trained than our fur babies. Definitely made a difference!

Jeff and Rocky Jr worked with us and our 130lbs Rottweler, Nikko. We adopted Nikko from a rescue and I realized I was in way over my head in about the first week. I couldn't walk him without being pulled down the street. He went completely psycho at the site of another dog, cat, bike, even airplanes sent him into a frenzy. He wasn't vicious or mean but he wanted to be the boss and I needed training more than him....Jeff was really good with us. He was patient with me which helped me be more assertive and confident with Nikko. By the end of our classes with Jeff Nikko had earned his Canine Good Citizen Award and I constantly get compliments on what a well behaved my big guy is...my Nikko loved Rocky Jr too and he and Jeff make a great team! I would highly recommend Jeff!
Jeff is a swell gentleman with a big heart, and vast patience for training. He really focuses on training the human and instilling confidence in the dog. Our dog needed a lot of help with dog aggression. At the end of session 8 she did not react to Rocky Jr! Will recommend entirely to those who need to further their training. Will continue to train with Jeff!
We have three German shepherd dogs... Two herd and one guard. The guard dog is extremely aggressive and has serious issues integrating in with the other two.
