From our first session to our last these folks were amazing. Sandra handled our introductory class and oriented us to the program. She was very professional, educated us on e-collar use, and developed a good training plan for our 10-month old dog Ryder. Jess was our trainer for the remaining sessions and gave us fantastic guidance and instruction. Jess provided us with the tools, knowledge, and confidence we needed to achieve the best training results. Before we started the program we were ready to pull our hair out as Irish Setters are extremely high energy! He is now better behaved and has much better recall, which were two of our main concerns. We went over place, sit, come, stay, heel, and then wrapped it all up with public distractions while listening to the commands Ryder had learned. They were very flexible with our schedule and always did whatever worked best for us. It was also nice to take him to different locations for each training session to expose him to different distractions at each session. Ryder still has a ways to go but Rocky Top K9 did a great job of training us to continue working with him at home and in public. Of note, we chose the basic obedience course - with this program, you get out of it what you put in. We typically worked with Ryder 30-60 minutes per day during the week to reinforce learning. We would highly recommend Rocky Top K9 to any and everyone who needs help getting their pup where they want them to be.
Absolutely amazing! Our dog learned to walk beside us without pulling and not reacting to other dogs. Such a change!

Jessica was awesome! Dobbs loved her! She took every opportunity she had to explain and teach US along with Dobbs. Rocky Top was highly recommended by several well behaved dogs! We highly suggest Rocky Top K-9 and Jessica.
