While no concerns have previously been brought to our attention, we sincerely apologize if there have been any disturbances and want you to know that we take this seriously. To clarify, we do not board dogs outside overnight. Our staff does provide round-the-clock care, which includes necessary tasks like evening potty breaks, cleaning, and sanitizing. While some of these tasks can extend into the evening, we always do our best to be mindful of noise and respectful of those around us. As industry professionals, our team is dedicated to providing safe, structured care and training that helps dogs thrive and live more peacefully with their families. Being on 13 acres gives us space to work, but we understand that sound can travel, and we are committed to finding ways to minimize any impact on our neighbors. We also want to share that just this past weekend, while we were vendors at a local event, a nearby neighbor approached us specifically to thank us for moving in and reducing the noise compared to the previous event business that operated here. That meant a lot to us and reinforces our commitment to keeping our presence a positive one for both dogs and people in the community.
