RR Professional Dog Training and Boarding

We cannot say enough good things about RR Professional Dog Training. They worked with all three of our dogs - Bailey, Nala, and Bella - and each dog has a completely different personality, temperament, and set of needs. What impressed us most was how individualized their approach was. They didn’t use a “one size fits all” program. They truly took the time to understand each pup and helped teach us how to better interact and communicate with them as well. During Nala’s stay, she became sick and the RR team went above and beyond for us. They drove her an hour away to meet us at an emergency vet closer to our home, which meant so much since we do not drive. Afterward, when Nala was on five different medications, they carefully made sure every medication was given on time and properly. Bailey was also on a special homemade diet during training, and because transportation is difficult for us, Ram personally drove two hours — twice — to pick up her food so she could stay on her diet without interruption. That level of care and dedication is rare. The communication throughout the stay was wonderful as well. We received regular updates, emails, and photos that gave us peace of mind and helped us feel connected to our dogs while they were away. It is very clear that everyone at RR genuinely loves and cares about the dogs they work with. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for our family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, individualized dog training.

They were polite, but it's not what I expected a boarding place to be like. They sort of just take your dog back, you leave, and no real interaction or showing you where your pet will be kept or anything. The app I had to download to fill out something stated you can see how your pet is doing , but they didn't upload anything onto it for me to see so I had to call and check on her. They sent me a picture in a text, only after that. I got her back the same as I left her, so that's all that matters. It's a ways off the beaten path, too. I may or may not use the again.
