Rucker Dog Training

I can’t recommend Rucker enough. I personally have a Rucker trained pup, and I have adopted out several Rucker trained dogs. Rebecca and Garrett are my two favorite trainers. I’ve worked with them the most,. They go above and beyond, and every dog is treated as they were their dogs. The structure is amazing. The facility is extremely clean, and I never had to worry about the care any dog received. Whitney is also amazing at communication and keeping you in the loop! I can’t say enough positive things! I will forever use Rucker!

Our family has been so grateful for Rucker! They trained our first German shepherd and we were looking to rescue another, they happened to be fostering/training for a local rescue group. Our family is now complete and the shepherds are best friends!! Rucker worked with us on how to introduce in the home as well as to new people due to the rescue dog previously being abused. A huge shoutout to Rucker Dog Training for the amazing transformation our dog Ryder experienced during his Board and Train journey. We started with the Online Puppy Training course, tackling the basics while eagerly awaiting the Board and Train program. Ryder, once a wild 17-week-old chewer, emerged as a well-behaved 20-week-old. Board and Train worked wonders, addressing challenges like heeling, place, and "leave it" that we couldn't conquer on our own. Our skepticism about walking Ryder off-leash vanished after our Take Home lesson, where Scot assured us we'd get there. Today, Ryder is off-leash 95% of the time, even during activities like carrying groceries in or doing yard work. The comfort and confidence we now have with his off-leash abilities are well beyond our expectations. One highlight we can't emphasize enough is the Advanced Off Leash classes included in the Board and Train cost. It's a misconception that training concludes with Board and Train. These weekly classes have been invaluable, providing ongoing support, allowing us to address questions, and learn new techniques alongside other dog owners. Our trust in the Rucker team is unwavering. So much so that we recently purchased a puppy through Rucker Retrievers. Currently, our new addition is benefiting from Puppy Head Start and In-Home Board and Train, ensuring a positive start to his training journey. Rucker Dog Training has not only helped us transform Ryder, but has also set us up for success with our newest addition, Puck. The dedication, expertise, and ongoing support from the entire Rucker team have made a lasting impact on our lives.
