I have had such a great experience with the board and training service. My 12 week old puppy learned so much and I am so pleased with the outcome. Rylee is knowledgeable and taught me so much about how to manage my puppy. My puppy is happy and confident to go in to the building which tells me he feels safe and cared for. The space is clean and staff are so kind and helpful.
I was desperate to get my dog’s nails trimmed and even though the groomer had a completely booked day, they were able to squeeze me in! So grateful!

Andrew is a thief, do NOT trust your pet or your money with this business! I purchased a gift certificate and Andrew refuses to allow it to be used for other services other than a group class and refuses to refund as the person who it was purchased for moved far away and cannot attend classes in Orem. I paid Andrew $660 and he ripped me off $160. I filed with the BBB and he ignored them, that says everything you need to know. He refuses to be a professional business owner and cares only about the money in his pocket. Once he has your money, he does not care about your pet or doing the right thing. STAY AWAY from this THIEF! BEWARE!!
I absolutely adore the staff here. They are so loving and warm every time we come. They make my pet feel like a celebrity and are excited to see her. She leaves tired and happy every time. Seriously, so grateful for Canine Connection! We love you all!
