Ruff Pup Dog Training, Grooming and Retail

Took my puppy in for a haircut and to trim his feet short. Well I thought that’s what I was getting. He is 8 months old. He has done great with me during baths and blow drying. My sister always tells me how lucky I am cause he is so easy compared to hers. Anyway, I got a text to pick him up, show up and the groomer told me he was to nervous and was not able to get his haircut. But was able to clean his face, privates and paws. But only two paws got done and his hears and neck were still wet when she gave him to me. I gave her a little tip to be polite, but even then not happy at all with the service. Not sure if she just doesn’t have the experience, but unhappy that I paid $50 for something I didn’t as for.
