Ruff Rules

I could not be happier with Eva and the progress I have seen in my dog Harley. Harley went for three week training for a variety of reasons, including jumping, playing nicely with other dogs and other issues. Eva sent me videos of her progress every day and I was amazed. I went to visit her the first time and could not believe the progress she had made by the time I went to my second visit I could not have been happier. I took Harley home a couple days ago and it’s like having a new dog that still has her wonderful personality but is just a better version of herself thank you so much Ruff Rules for making both mine and Harley’s life a better one

Ruff Rules changed our lives! We adopted our puppy on a whim since she was the last of her litter, and we just couldn’t resist the cuteness. Of course, that cuteness came with a big dose of energy and some challenging habits. My boyfriend had hired Ruff Rules for his last dog and had a great experience, so we decided to do the same for Skye. Our trainer, Serena, is AMAZING—truly INCREDIBLE! After our very first session, we felt confident that we could handle the craziness of raising a puppy while working full-time. Plus, we love that we can call or text her anytime with questions between sessions to make sure we’re doing things correctly. After four sessions, Skye was old enough to join their "board and train" program with Keely. As much as we loved Skye, we couldn’t wait to drop her off! Three weeks later, we had a totally transformed puppy. She mastered her commands, learned proper manners in and out of the house, and showed us respect—while still keeping her incredible personality. During Skye’s three weeks with Keely, we received daily updates with photos and a full video series showing us how to smoothly transition everything she learned back into our home. Now, we take Skye everywhere because of how confident we are in both her training and our ability to keep her consistent. We still have a few more sessions with Serena and are excited to introduce Skye to even more experiences (the pool, the boat, etc.). I can’t recommend Ruff Rules enough! I sent my baby Lambo to Eva for board and train and he became the best version of himself. He is still the sweet goofy lovable boy but follows and listens to all commands. Eva made him become more confident yet keep his sweet personality. I am so grateful for Eva and Ruff Rules. Their daily posts and contact made me so comfortable with him being away for 2 weeks.

Jenna at RuffRules was just the best. We had our little man do a 2.5 week board and train with her so establish some boundaries and commands. Jenna brought him back to us as a perfect gentleman and he’s only six months old. Her care for our dog was so apparent and made us feel totally comfortable leaving him with her. Training the dog owner is just as important as training the dog, and Jenna totally set us up for success. Even offered an extra hour in home touch up training if need be. I’d do six stars if I could 😄
