Bill will always work with you to make things great between you and your dog. He loves the dogs, sometimes, I think more than himself. Sometimes his methods may be difficult to comprehend, but if you stick with it, things will be great with you and your dog and/or dogs. I think we were one of his most difficult cases, not our dog, but us, the humans. lol We would love to add that at first his methods seem difficult to understand but in the end the results are fantastic
