Still would not recommend. The trainers I signed up for to train my dogs were run off. And hearing of the owners’ recent outburst at another client, along with his refusal to consider a refund, solidifies the fact that I won’t let him near my dogs again. After owner response edit:
I was previously happy w results from the trainers that were run off. Not from anything the owner did. None of those trainers work there anymore. And stating you’ll do “whatever it takes to make it right” is also false. A refund would make it right but you refuse to even consider that.

Any concerns voiced on the page has been silenced, censored, or taken down. The lack of transparency is telling of how they conduct "business". Would not recommend.

I’ve been going to SMART since February with my dog Josie. Randy is a wonderful trainer and really listens to your concerns. Josie has learned a lot and group sessions are good for a number of reasons. Highly recommend!
