The staff is extremely friendly towards both the dogs and their owners. I brought my children along to pick up our dog after a day of boarding and training. It was great to see that they took the time to have a conversation with my kids, explaining how they can assist in improving our dog's behavior. Our dog is highly energetic and strong, making it challenging to handle, but the staff at the facility seemed to handle him exceptionally well. To my surprise, we noticed significant improvements in his behavior after just one day of training. It was truly remarkable!
