My vet recommended this place. Went here for basic manners training and the owner Melissa and the trainer Elizabeth were great. It was a group training in the parking lot (COVID) which worked out well. I think there were about 6 to 8 different dogs. Elizabeth was a great trainer and was able to still give one on one attention in a group environment. She would go around the room (or parking lot in this case) to each owner and dog to make sure we were training and rewarding at the right time, etc. Once when Elizabeth went around the group and got to us, my dog would just NOT get "heel". I was mortified and was hoping Elizabeth would just give up and go to the next dog in the group, and we could practice at home. She didn't! All we needed is a couple more seconds to get the timing right and it worked! She makes sure your dog is learning and spends enough time with each owner. I've heard great things about this place from others that went here. From what I've heard ALL the trainers are fantastic. Also the owner is great about answering questions. I recently contacted her and if her training facility doesn't offer a service you're looking for, she will freely recommend you to a place that does. It's rare that businesses do that since most just want to safeguard profits. I feel Melissa genuinely cares about you and your pet's well being. I'd give a million stars if I could! THANK YOU!
