Constantine is truly a dog whisperer! My unruly, troubled (and now very loved) foster dog, Finn, completely relaxed around him and showed us his calm, obedient side. Constantine taught me how to establish myself as the leader of the pack (in Finn’s eyes), which completely changed our dynamics. He never raises his voice, bases training on rewards and encouragement, and helps dogs become their best, happiest selves. Highly recommend!

The short: Absolutely worth it. Give him a call, set up a consultation. Then hire him. I wish I had done it sooner - my dog and I had a few unnecessarily stressful months while I waited. 5 stars and then some. Longer: I hired Constantine to help with a reactive chihuahua mix — super sweet dog at home, but on walks he was pulling and barking at everything. Stressful for all of us, including my other/older dog, and I was increasingly worried about his safety. We did the board & train. Constantine was considerate and focused on our needs from the start — when my dog went on a bit of a hunger strike, he reached out immediately and we formulated a plan together. He also trained around the specifics of our environment, including a maintenance cart that used to send my dog into full meltdown. With Constantine's help, the pup took a happy ride on it. (Much to my neighbors' chagrin - the dog used to be heard throughout the neighborhood whenever that cart came near.) The biggest surprise is just how much more peaceful our home is. I was so focused on outside, that I didn't even consider inside. It has just been three weeks. The gutter cleaners came today. This would have led to constant barking when the workers were at our condo and occasional outburst when they saw the workers at other units. Today? Nothing. A few peeps from my older dog that were quickly silenced with nothing but a word from me... thanks to the training he received by default. I hadn't even realized how much the barking had been affecting our lives. They're chihuahua mixes - barking is what they do, right? Nope. It's not and we're all happier for it. My dog would recommend Constantine, too. He absolutely loves seeing him. That's probably a better endorsement than mine.
