4/5Boarded my dog for a month. Less than 2 weeks into the month they sent him to the kill shelter. Shout out to Jenifer at the animal control for not putting my boy down. They also took the dogs possessions even after I left my ladder for the owner to use.

I'm a blue collar individual my lady is an RN. My phone broke so I wasn't able to get any phone calls I was using a company phone. Y'all chose not to take our information down so you could call if there was an issue. We had an agreement for a month. We had already paid you 700 to keep them 2 dogs for 1 week. Then you had solo by himself for another. Given how much we paid and the initiative of leaving my tools in good spirit you still chose to send my dog to a kill shelter. They were going to put him down on Thursday. If we wanted to do that we would have saved our money and I did that ourselves. I've worked in shelters and boarding facilities before and we never did anything like to somebody. Maybe next time get the individuals information correctly and not screw people over. Thanks for nothing. Id still like my ladder back sir.

Thanks for letting us get our stuff back and replacing the cost of the exercise ball. At the end of the day it was a miscommunication. Thanks for making it right. We picked up solo from animal control. They didn't think it was right to put him down on Thursday and gave us a couple days. It won't allow me to erase the
post. But gave 4 stars due to the effort thanks Chandler.

Chandler at Sentinel K9 was great with our Ellie. We had a last minute trip due to family things going on and he was able to accommodate and help us. He sent us a couple of updates with pics, which we really appreciated. And when we picked up Ellie she was in great spirits. We will definitely recommend Sentinel K9 to anyone we know.

We boarded our dog here for the Fourth of July weekend. We appreciate that checks in and play time are already included with the cost. The staff communicates consistently and their hours are extended for people who need late pick ups! Milo seem like he had a great time so we will back!

It was my first time dropping off my doberman for a weekend and it was a very good experience. Chandler was nice and professional and communicated with me through text messages. He responded to my messages in a timely manner and I will be using him in the future again.
